Hooksett Town Counsel
Hage Hodes was recently selected as new Town Counsel for the Town of Hooksett. As Town Counsel, Hage Hodes will advise the Town and its officials on a variety of matters including labor and employment, real estate, planning and zoning, property tax abatement proceedings, administrative and election law, and will represent the interests of the Town as needed in litigation matters. Hage Hodes also serves as Town Counsel for Hudson, Litchfield and Seabrook and has a long history of providing municipal and regulatory legal services to New Hampshire cities and towns.

Pro Bono Honor Roll
Attorney David Lefevre was selected for the pro bon honor roll for his unselfish dedication and participation in the New Hampshire Bar Association's pro bono program which provides equal access to justice for those less fortunate New Hampshire citizens unable to pay for legal services.

Fall Planning and Zoning Conference
Attorney Stephen Buckley was a panelist and lecturer at the State Planning and Zoning conference held at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Attorney Buckley has been practicing New Hampshire Municipal law for more than 23 years, with a special emphasis on zoning and planning. From 1992 until 2005 Attorney Buckley was a member of the Planning Board in the Town of Bow. He presently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission and is also Chairman of the New Hampshire Association of Regional Planning Commissions

Non-Competition case. NH Supreme court victory on behalf of employee against former employer ruling that non-competition/non-solicitation clause was unenforceable and affirming award of damages and attorney’s fees of approximately $100,000 against employer.
